A BLS healthcare providers training will cover
lessons  performing CPR on adults, children,  and infants who are
choking to proper usage of an AED. It will also give updated lessons
about the most recent CPR techniques.
It’s a classroom-based course that
will cover the use of emergency breathing tool and how to effectively
give ventilations with an advanced airway. Other than that, it will also
cover the latest techniques in how to save the lives of adults,
children, and infants who are in need of CPR.
The class will last up to five hours, but it really depends on the
instructor. After which, if successful, you will be granted the BLS
certification accredited by the American Hearts Association. It’s a
classroom- based training with equipment and manuals that will make it
more effective. The class can be conducted in a hospital, in a church,
or in a fire station. What you need to make sure is that the instructor
is qualified with proper accreditation. You may expect to pay for at
least $65 to attend, take an examination, and be certified in this
class.
