Ways for someone to get Healthcare provider CPR

A Basic Life Support class is intended for those who are trained medical personnel and is usually given as a pre-hospital treatment without the use of medical equipment.  It gives a wider range and more detailed instructions on what to do in certain life threatening situations.  A BLS course incorporates CPR and First Aid as necessary for certain occupations but is intended for those who are considered healthcare providers.

The research studies also showed that regardless of your medical professionalism, CPR knowledge deteriorates. Half of the subjects tested in the studies showed they have lost their CPR knowledge after just a year from obtaining their CPR certification.
